Project: A system-level visual developed for a MedTech startup to communicate a complex regulatory compliance platform. The project translates multi-layered workflows, data movement, and quality management processes into a clear and cohesive visual model for stakeholders.

Communication need:

The startup needed to communicate a complex regulatory ecosystem involving multiple actors, compliance frameworks, and interconnected processes. The challenge was to clearly explain how data flows through the system and how quality events are identified, managed, and resolved across the platform. The infographic makes clear the value of a connected compliance ecosystem.

Audience:

The primary audience included investors, regulatory teams, and potential clients. The visual needed to support high-level understanding for decision-making while still accurately representing underlying system processes.

Visual Solution:

I developed a system-level illustration mapping the compliance ecosystem, focusing on quality events, data flow, and user interactions. The design uses visual hierarchy, iconography, and structured pathways to simplify complex relationships and present the platform as a cohesive, understandable system.

Outcome:

The final visual enables stakeholders to quickly understand the platform’s structure, workflow, and value proposition. It supports investor communication, client onboarding, and internal alignment by providing a shared visual model of the system.
